She specializes in working with marginalized populations, such as students of color and LGBTQ+ students. She has expertise in both mental health and substance abuse treatment. .

Cecelia began at the 咨询中心 in 2016, having worked previously at the registrar's office and at UCCS. She has a strong administrative background and an interest in mental health issues. She does scheduling for all the counselors and assists students with questions.
